BRETHREN
We just concluded a wonderful and successful event. It took a long planning and preparation and ended well, thanks to all the Brethren behind the scene, Bro Deck and Sis. Nadia with Bro Jojo T for the design of the tickets,the souvenir program and updating our blog site, Bro. Polar, Bro. Ernie, Bro. Ver, Bro. Rodney and Bro. Jun G for the tickets,collections and the souvenir program, Bro. Robert S for the music,the Working committee, and the overall chairman Bro. Nick V .We received a lot of compliments from our Brethren and guests, and that is a warm heartfelt feeling, especially when the odds were tight and the result was a little bit unpredicted. But anyways, we pulled it out again my brothers.Being our first major fund raising, I am pleased to say, that i leave the Lodge with a SURPLUS, and I am very grateful to all. Special thanks to our LADIES , to our SPONSORS in our souvenir program and to all that donated their TIME, TALENT and TREASURE.
We were very busy in the month of October, performing degree work every Wednesday like the Passing of Bro. Rex C and Bro. Ronald S to Fellowcraft Masons. I salute the officers and members of our Lodge, although we were focus to our past events, we were slightly "off" with our degree works, but, no doubt we can nail it through.
Also, our Annual Election of officers went well, with some unexpected results,which is a first time to WRH 767. I was very pleased to see a number of our Brethren present and witnessed a very special event that happens only once a year. This is the first time of WRH that i can recall(since i join WRH) , that our apron ran out, i tie vote for the office of the Secretary, where i have to cast and choose the Brother to hold a very important sit in our Lodge. And to top it all, elected officers vowed and accepted ,to do their duties and responsibilities for the insuing masonic year 2008. I call on to the Brethren to give their support, involvement, share their ideas and of course their presence to our new sets of officers in order for them to fulfill their GOALS and their VISION. It is all of a worthy cause especially if we are dealing with Peace and Harmony within our Lodge and to one another. To our new sets of officers, our CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST of LUCK.
As my term near its Finale, I would like to clarify some unfinished business on our next stated Meeting ( December). It would be very fulfilling on my part if we could clarify some pertinent issues for the benefit of each member and the Harmony of our Lodge. We will try to settle things inside the four corners of the Lodge room as Masons and outside the lodge, meet straight in the eye as Mature persons. As we always say, we'll practice our duties and responsibilities in and outside the Lodge room as WORTHY MASONS should act. It would be very much appreciated if everyone can voice out their feelings.
Sometime in my January trestleboard message, i will rekindle all events we went through in my Masonic year. Again, as I continue to THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT you have given me in my term, we will step forward and move on, rendering this services to our incoming Officers, new and future members . As I behold the Brethren, Thank you for beholding the MASTER.
Mark your calendars for December 22 ( Saturday ), we will be having three(3) third degree of one of a kind, and we will be celebrating our Annual Christmas Party. FAMILY IS INVITED !
